Export cells typically run a swing-head ATC spindle, Syntec keypad CNC, closed-loop AC servos and a linear tool magazine so roughing and finishing stay on the same program. A 5-axis CNC router keeps the blank in one clamp while the swing head tilts on two rotary axes so the tool stays normal to compound curves and undercuts. That is the usual step when a single A-axis swivel still forces a second fixture — seating shells, car and yacht plugs, instrument blanks and sculpted millwork.
The current 1325 machine in this series is the IMCR-5A1325, a 4×8 cell with a swing-head ATC spindle and Syntec keypad CNC. Further builds keep the same dual-rotary idea on 1530 / 2030 / 2040 and custom table sizes.
