- Wear parts and consumables (belts, blades, brushes, glue, etc.)
- Damage from improper operation, modification or poor maintenance
- Damage from unstable power supply, water or fire
- Damage during customer-arranged transport
How to make a claim

- 2Describe the issue and send photos or a short video if possible.
- 3Our engineers diagnose remotely and confirm the warranty status.
- 4Replacement parts are shipped, with installation guidance provided.
