IMCR-WL1325 pairs a flat CNC table with a rotary axis — nest/engrave and turn on one machine.

Comprehensive evaluation aggregated from design engineers, field-service teams, and global user feedback.
Syntec/DSP control with branded servo drives coordinates the gantry and the rotary 4th axis for stable multi-process motion.
Heavy welded steel frame and HIWIN linear rails keep accuracy stable under high-speed routing and turning loads.
One familiar CAD/CAM workflow drives both flat routing and rotary turning, so operators pick it up quickly.
Built around mainstream Taiwanese/Japanese components that are easy to source worldwide.
Turning and routing in one setup removes a second machine and part re-clamping, cutting cycle time.
Two machines' capability in one export-grade build for high return on investment.
The side-mounted rotary axis turns newels, posts and balusters between centres while the same 1325 gantry can still nest panels on the flat table.
Turned legs and spindles are why this combo exists: one program can nest the seat blank on the table and turn the legs on the rotary axis.
A side-mounted rotary axis with a servo-driven chuck and adjustable tailstock holds a blank between centres so the router bit can turn 3D columns, legs, balusters and spindles — no second lathe required.
High-frequency air-cooled spindle delivers high torque across the speed range for clean routing on flat panels and smooth finishing on turned parts.
Coordinates the X/Y/Z gantry with the rotary 4th axis from one controller, so a single CAD/CAM program can nest, engrave and turn in sequence.

The IMCR-WL1325 is the router-lathe combo in our CNC wood lathe range — not a standard CNC router.
It is a flat-table CNC router with a side-mounted rotary turning axis. The gantry does normal nesting, engraving and 3D relief work on the table, while the rotary chuck-and-tailstock lets the same spindle turn columns, legs, balusters and spindles — two machines' capability in one.
Pricing typically falls in the $12,800 – $23,600 range depending on spindle power, the rotary axis configuration, tooling and optional accessories. Contact us for a tailored quotation for your production needs.
Standard configurations usually ship within 15–30 working days after order confirmation. Customised builds may take longer; our sales team will confirm an exact schedule for your order.
Yes. Our engineers provide layout planning, on-site or remote installation, commissioning and operator training, backed by responsive global after-sales support.
The IMCR-WL1325 comes with a 12-month limited warranty, plus free lifetime technical support for end-users and dealers.
